It’s a pleasure

“IT’S A PLEASURE”
A common response to being thanked for doing or giving something. It communicates joy, satisfaction, gratification, and delight.

Saying this is a feedback loop to self, and to the other, that goodness has been experienced in the act of giving.

Repressing life’s pleasures is what causes trouble. Holding something back that wants to move overrides the natural intelligence of one's being.

This creates distortion, and most often leads to a backlog and toxification of what wants to move. Likewise for addiction, on the other end of the spectrum.

Here's the thing - I’m realising that joy, satisfaction, gratification and delight of pleasure are in fact functional and valuable aspects of life.

That which elicits joy and delight, creates inspiration. Inspiration is vital for creating positive impact in the world.

👉 👉 The pleasures of life are vital cues and clues to help you understand what feeds your life-force as you go about living your purpose in the world.

What happens if you take pleasure to be a valuable word? One that is revered and respected for the goodness it offers you in a complex world. A valuable word that guides you to honour and celebrate life moving through you.

Use pleasure as a feedback loop of joy, motivating onward action in your projects, groups and life-path - like an ant following the pheromone trail toward it’s next meal. And as simple as sharing a longer and softer hug.
