The soul hug of coaching

We don’t need to be told what to do. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Or how to think.

We need each other to see us in the human experience.

And perhaps to offer what we see & what we’ve learnt along the way.

We’re social animals. Humans, that is. We need each other.

It’s taken me time to warm up to the label of ‘coach’. It has almost sounded salesy & cheap.

But no longer. Now, I know: the coach role amongst our social species is crucial!

Why?

Because humans have been losing track of each other. We haven’t been seeing & witnessing each other. Or effectively sharing what we’ve learnt along the way.

This is what happens when the social ecology of the village disbands. We lose the aunties & uncles, the grandparents & mentors who watch us & see what helps us to evolve into the brilliance of ourself & our project/team/group/organisation.

Coach does this. ⠀⠀

Coach listens, feels, senses, observes, perceives, allows.

Coach tells stories, asks questions, shares anecdotes, encourages, & holds the big picture through the murk of details.

Receiving coaching is like receiving an ongoing soul hug.

You know what’s right for you. And sometimes you need another heart & perspective you help you figure out your strategy.

I LOVE doing this. Helping you do what’s right for you. In balance with nature’s way.⠀

If you could do with a soul hug, some stories, questions & big-picture holding, come work with me.

First step is to message me to organise a discovery call here.

This exploratory space helps both of us see if it’s right to go in deeper. A discovery call is free, & lasts for 30 to 45 minutes (ish). There is no obligation & no judgement.

Let's talk!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
